Kyle Phang completed his pupillage under Mr. Teh Lip Jin and he was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2013.
Kyle specialises on corporate governance advisory works (especially initial public offering, joint ventures and corporate restructuring), mergers and acquisitions and constructions related matters. Throughout his practice, Kyle is involved in: –
- more than 10 proposed listings in Malaysia as well as Hong Kong; and
- merger and acquisition transaction totalling more than RM2.0 billion in value including acquisition of controlling stake in more than 5 Main Market listed companies in the past 5 years.
In addition to his corporate and commercial portfolio, Kyle also advises on land related matters such as joint development with renown developers like Naza, Tropicana and YNH group of companies. Kyle gives talks on “Legal Due Diligence from the Listing Perspective” to entrepreneurs and conducts management corporation meeting for high value condominium.

Given Giap Chi’s family background that is involved in property development and construction, Giap Chi is astute and has strong acumen on real estate related matters. Bay completed her pupillage at Teh & Lee and she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in December 2021.
Bay primarily specialises on corporate governance advisory works (especially initial public offering, private placements, joint ventures, and commercial drafting), mergers and acquisitions and construction related advises. Outside of corporate and commercial, Bay also undertakes conveyancing matters such as development projects, leasing and tenancies, and sub-sales.

Siow Pey Yiaw

Pey Yiaw graduated with a LLB Bachelor of Law from the University of London External Programme and thereafter obtained his Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in 2020. Pey Yiaw completed her pupillage at Jeyaratnam & Chong where she was exposed to real estate related matters and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2021.
After completing her chambering, Pey Yiaw pursued her interest in litigation practice by joining Tam Yuen Hung & Co where she was involved in family laws related matters including divorce and annulment of marriage. Thereafter, she joined Shukor Baljit & Partners where she involved in criminal litigation including dangerous drugs , SOSMA, MACC, criminal breach of trust matters.
Pey Yiaw is currently focusing on civil litigation and debt recovery matters including shareholders dispute and EPCC contract related dispute.
Florence Mary Kwek
